Remote Assistance

Remote Support is our latest computer repair service offering in which we establish a secure connection from our repair shop to your Windows PC and can view, control and repair any software issues such as viruses, malware or software errors, configuration, and setup. This cost for this service is $100 per hour and is billed in 15-minute increments with a fifteen-minute minimum. The service can be paid over the telephone or online via CashApp, Venmo, or Zelle. Or if you are a company that has an established contract with us we can invoice you as per our existing terms.
