Working Process
1.
Ship or Drop off your item
You have the option to ship your devices to us or you can walk in and drop it off during business hours!
*Backup your device before shipping it out. We are not responsible for any data loss*
2.
Diagnostics
We will troubleshoot and Fully diagnose your device the SAME DAY for only $75!
Once we figure out the problem, we will Call/Text you and get your okay for the repair. If you choose to do the repair the diagnostic fee will be waived!
3.
Pick up/Receive your item
Upon completion, you will be able to pick up your item same day.
*Depending on workload and parts in stock - or if it's being shipped out*
4.
Come back for a Tune-up!
If this is the first time you are working with us, We recommend coming back in 3 months from receiving your computer.
We recommend this so we can gauge on how often you will need a Tune-Up.
